SD Huesca is a La Liga side based in the province of Aragon. Nicknamed Los de la Cruz de San Jorge, they play their home games at the Estadio El Alcoraz. Their traditional kit is white shirts with a red cross, and red shorts.
Established in 1960, founded on some of the framework left by an earlier club which folded in 1956. The side spent much of its early years alternating between the third and fourth tiers of Spanish football. It was’t until 2008 that they made their debut in Segunda B.
In 2016/2017 they qualified for the end of season play offs for the first time, but lost out at the semi-final stage to Getafe. One year later they went one better and won promotion automatically to La Liga for the first time.
However, Huesca predictions for the season saw them immediately installed as favourites for relegation, and that is almost a certainty now. With one of the smallest budgets and thinnest squads in the league, it is virtually impossible for them to compete with some of the giants in the league. Huesca betting tips are now focus on when, if not, the side’s drop back into Segunda B.
As for when they will return, there are no guarantees. It took them 58 years to get this far, and next year will be tough for them. Huesca tips for 2019 – 2020 should not make them favourites to go straight back up again. Expect them also to change coaches. They had sixteen different men in charge in the past decade so it will expect some action behind the scene this summer.
