Juventus will be battling the Premier Leagues and vie with Tottenham for the signature of the high-rated Fulham teenager, Ryan Sessegnon towards the end of the next season.
The eighteen-year-old Fulham winger will be in the next summer transfer shop. The Cottagers are reported to be resigned to lose the youngster during the summer sale next year. According to a report by The Mirror, UK, Fulham will be charging a price somewhere close to £40million for the club winger for his services, and even though his contract ends in 2020, Juventus is all set to stump up the payment.
Sessegnon joined Fulham in 2016, and his contract with Fulham club will be expiring only at the end of the summer of 2020.
The Englishman is assumed to be more inclined towards a move to the Spurs because of his ardent wish to remain in West London. The young winger favours Tottenham as he is also well informed that the boss, Mauricio Pochettino possess an exceptional track record of producing and developing budding English players.
Prominent clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain have also displayed interest in the young Englishman. However, predictions have been going on that it is Juve who may more likely extend a formal offer for the youngster in a bid to add youthful players among the ageing squad members.
In spite of the Cottagers’ poor performance this season, Sessegnon’s popularity has increased and has never missed impressing several clubs. The eighteen-year-old has so far made a total of 35 appearances in all campaigns this season, scoring two goals and adding six assists.
